What happens in event of extreme weather?

In Philadelphia we get rain, snow, wind, and heat which can really make walking a drag. In the event of snow we will do our best to reach your pets safely and ask for flexibility in time for travel. In extreme cold or heat we cut outside time a little shorter, but spend the rest of our visit time inside spending some quality time together.
